The match failed

Try a different pair of photos. Very small, heavily compressed, or unusual images can fail. Matching runs on the device, so a restart can help if the app was interrupted.

I hit the daily limit

Free use is 5 matches per day. The count resets at midnight in your time zone. That Look Premium removes the cap. Strength-only rematches do not use a slot.

I already paid

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Photos permission

The app only needs add-only access to save. Picking photos uses the system picker and does not require full library access.
