Terms of Use

Effective 8 September 2026

These terms apply to That Look for iPhone. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps obtained from the App Store. See Apple’s Standard EULA. Where these terms and Apple’s EULA conflict on a subject Apple controls (including payment through your Apple ID), Apple’s terms control.

The app

That Look lets you apply the look of one photo onto another, adjust strength, compare before and after, and save the result to Photos. Matching runs on your device. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on iPhone products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.

Your content

You are responsible for the photos you choose. You must have the right to use them. Do not use the app with content that is illegal or that you are not allowed to process. Saved results belong to you, subject to the rights of anyone depicted or who created the original photos.

Free use and Premium

The app is free to download. Free use includes 5 style matches per calendar day. A new content photo or style photo counts as a match. Strength adjustments do not. The count resets at midnight in your time zone.

That Look Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the daily limit. It is sold as an in-app purchase:

The title of the subscription is That Look Premium. Length and price are shown on the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by country or region. We do not list a single worldwide price here because Apple sets localized pricing.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the bundled models except as allowed by law. Do not use the app to create content that violates other people’s rights or applicable law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. Style matches are generated by on-device models and may fail or look different than you expect. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim unstated warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use the app after an update, the new terms apply. Subscription prices, if they change, are handled through the App Store and your Apple ID settings.
